When you are there, a few metres above the rocks, overlooking the crystal-clear sea, walking calmly and perhaps enjoying a homemade ice cream, you will understand why we Imperiesi call the pedestrian street that connects Borgo Marina and Borgo Foce 'La Passeggiata degli Innamorati' (The Lovers' Promenade) and we don't even know its real name!
